By working together, we can thrive and bring hope to communities Worldwide… who are in need of our support and humanitarian aid. 1. Volunteer your time: By offering your time and skills, you can actively engage with our organization and directly contribute to the well-being of people in need. Whether it’s mentoring, tutoring, organizing events, or providing assistance in various projects, your involvement can create a positive change.

Volunteer Waiver and Release

By clicking accept, volunteer agrees that they shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Waterlight Save Initiative from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever relating to their volunteering (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of Waterlight Save Initiative, its officers, team members, board members, independent contractors, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys’ fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to volunteer, for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it. As said volunteer, I have read the above terms and conditions set forth and by electronically clicking accept ... I acknowledge all conditions provided, thus amicably and voluntarily agree to all terms above, regarding my participation with any and all Waterlight Save Initiative events, mixers, mission trips and community outreaches.

Content Release

By clicking accept, I give consent as a volunteer to give Waterlight Save Initiatives, and its representatives, agents, subsidiaries, third party vendor, its consultants, independent contractors, team members, cowed members, it’s press and media team, related entities and assigns (collectively, the "Waterlight") permission to take and create videos and recordings of and about me (collectively called the "Videos") I give permission to Waterlight, to use and re-use, publish, distribute, and/or broadcast the Videos, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, videos, text, quotes, summaries, biographies, and/or excerpts, in any and all promotional, educational, business, trade, advertising, and marketing materials, including, but not limited to, in connection with product endorsements. These materials may include e-mails, the Internet, social media, websites, and other electronic media, as well as the traditional radio, television, cable television, and other uses, in such medium and formats (whether now known or hereafter created or invented). at such locations, at such times and for such purposes as Waterlight chooses, in its sole discretion. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the Videos or the use to which the Videos may be applied. In addition, I waive all rights that I may have to any claims for payment of any kind, whether money, property, or otherwise, related to the recording, production, publication, use, or re-use of the Videos I understand that my name, nickname, pseudonym, likeness, voice, image and/or biographical information may be used as part of or in connection with the Videos. I release and hold harmless Waterlight from any and all claims that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the recording, production, publication, use, and/or re-use of the Videos including, without limitation, any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite or distorted form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of any of such photographs, portraits or other materials or in any subsequent processing thereof, social media use, content creation and any graphic rendering. I understand that this Release applies in perpetuity. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, before electronically and voluntarily accepting said release terms and that I am familiar with it and understand what it means, in order to participate and volunteer.

( Note: We do not have any “jobs” offering compensation; if you are seeking employment in Non-profit sector we can only offer you valuable experience as a volunteer. Volunteers are expected to provide for their own travel and expenses.)
